Wood's Powr-Grip demonstrates its new Power Rotator

Wood's Powr-Grip http://www.powrgrip.com demonstrates its newest power rotator. Designed for installing glass curtain walls, the Power Rotator 3400 offers maximum flexibility for handling enormous architectural components. Along with a maximum load capacity of 3,400 lbs [1540 kg], the PR2811LDC Vacuum Lifter features powered 360° rotation with an adjustable electronic speed controller, to give the operator precise control and smooth, effortless load positioning. Removable vacuum pads, removable pad arms and removable pad frame sections allow for numerous configurations of the vacuum pads, to accommodate a wide variety of glass sizes and shapes. A movable control pendant also allows the operator to control the vacuum system and rotation functions at a distance from the lifter. A self-contained DC power system provides cord-free operation at any construction site.
