Ten years. That's how long it took the piece of Klay to answer the question. And during that time he was interrupted several hundred times by a Klay being that kept knocking on his Tree and wouldn't leave him alone.

Nevermind my last comment, I've made a discovery. You know how Willie Trombone sends you hints by mail? Well, after he and Bil die, Klogg sends you letters instead, either taunting you or persuading you to come to the castle and/or take the crown (thus resulting in the bad ending). Well, while Willie's letters had the song "Dum Da Dum Doi Doi", Klogg's letters have this song, "Lowdee Huh".
That being said, I now think this is Klogg's theme.
