It was Congress that stiffled the post offices.They declared quite some time ago that post offices could not deversify into any other business service other than mail. Leave it to the government to nail them to the floor. Virtual junk mail? You got to be kidding! How about virtual mail period! How much would it cost to set the post office up with some higher technology?

Congress should remove the post master general and members of the board of governors that don't share in the success of the postal service.
