Frank Lampard scores a great goal, only for the match Officials to rule it out. As the video shows the ball clearly crossed the line. At this point Germany were winning the game 2-1. This goal would have made it 2-2 and may have changed the final outcome, although Germany were the better team at that point. Perhaps getting back to 2-2 and England would have maintained the momentum, then again maybe not. By the final whistle Germany beat England 4-1. Goal line Technology must be brought in to the world of football. In this game it may not have affected the final outcome but there have been many games where an offside or other disallowed goal would have directly affected the result.
