My commentary on paternity fraud. Mike recently divorced his cheating wife. He found out that he is not the biological father of their child when a paternity test proved that there was a 0% chance that he was the father, but the state of Pennsylvania still requires that he pay for child support.
Even though his ex-wife cheated on him and he can prove that he is not the father, he is going to be paying child support because the baby was conceived during his marriage.
