@TheLionHeart95 Well it's different for everyone because everyone is different gender, body type and size. But its known diet is like 80% and working out is 20. If you're trying to cut down that is. Sushi is great though! It's just hard to get since i work at a fine dining kitchen.. for me its all salads. Calorie counter is too much math for my brain lol

@JimmyChiffels I ate a lot of sushi for a while due to a previous job. Lost weight by doing nothing more than eating. Working out is probably the best thing one can do as far as I'm concerned. I have been using a calorie counter lately and the results are minimal on the screen but on my waist and in my energy the effects are far greater.

It's called a treadmill... Eat well, move more. I lost 80 pounds that way.

If you're that young, it's far from a "last hope." All it takes is possibly getting tested for any thyroid problems if you are active and eat moderately well, and if you eat terribly and don't exercise, well, it's a pretty simple fix.

All the people that I've met that had had a gastric bypass started regaining weight after loosing it, the surgery itself won't be a permanent solution if you don't change your bad eating habits.
