MMM GON B GOOOD :D

I had a tomcat once that disappeared when he was about a year old. Several years later, about 10 or so, he showed up one day. I knew who he was right away, no doubt about it. He seemed happy to be home. Within about 3 months, he died. I don't know where he was all those years but it looks like he decided to come home and be with us when he died. He was such a good boy.

@LauriceC928 But it tastes rather terrible by comparison. Fresh garlic (added late in the cooking process) has no rival.
Also, not sure if it's just the way you wrote it but it's far easier to smash before peeling. Your garlic doesn't go all over the kitchen and the skin comes of far more easily and cleanly.

OMG i use chopped garlic in a jar too! it saves so much time and your fingers dont smell like garlic from peeling and smashing!

Oh and Steve is adorable! :-)

Tebow is the worst football player in the world. Sauce is nice though lol

The thing with cats is that they will watch you die and then eat you!

Love the hat
Dave, just because you moved to Colorado, it doesnt mean that you have to root for the Tebrowncos

@GreenManalichi True, but the magic was getting me. Every one was talking about Tebow and the town was on fire. So I had to jump on board. Besides the Dolphins sucked this year.
Thanks,
Dave

Hey, Dave, a little trick I learned when making marinara sauce is to add about a cup of red wine to the sauce when cooking it. It doesn't affect the flavor much, but it does turn the Marinara back to that deep, dark red of fresh tomatoes.

@rofyle Yeah, I bought some red cooking wine for this recipe and then I forgot to use it? oh well, I will use it next time.
Thanks,
Dave
