whats the first song called??

This song is actually a combination of two war time songs from ireland. The English part tells the story of a girl who is in love with a man in the army. Wearing red petticoats, women used to follow the army camps around to be with their lovers/husbands/brothers and because they were recognized in red petticoats they would recieve free food. The gaelic part is about a woman who is calling her lover to the door so they can run off and elope.
