Re: Opening coconuts: No offense to Sarah, but did she try to open one? I am 5 feet tall and small like Sarah. I opened my first coconut with a machete when I was eleven years old! Of course it took longer than it did for my older brother. There is a learning curve. Key is to initially hack along with the grain of the husk, not against it.
So... Sarah underestimates herself. It may not be easy. But she could open a coconut. And she should.
