Cowboy unelected pretend president: Blowhard big talker with a battleship banner bragging about MISSION ACCOMPLISHED that wasn't.
Serious, thoughtful president: speak softly but carry a big stick.
No battleship banner, just one very dead terrorist to say it for us:
MISSION FINALLY ACCOMPLISHED.
