Who said there aren't differences in cuisines? But guess what? ALL Iraqis put beef in their dolma. Why are you comparing Iraqis to Egyptians? Who said they are similar? We're talking about Iraqi cuisine. Pay attention. The differences in cuisine are more regional and based on family recipes than anything to do with a particular RELIGION. One more time: there is no pure Jewish Iraqi cuisine. Just as there is no pure Christian cuisine. There are regional cuisines and family recipes.

who gives a sod if this lady is Jewish, Moslim, Christian, Budhist or whatever .. all I can say that I love watching and listening to her .. most importantly I just wish i was sitting in her kitchen testing all of this wonderful stuff .. actually its making me so hungry so better go and get myself a meaningless tasteless sandwich
I love you old girl .. from one Iraqi to another .. cos no matter where we end up we'll always be Iraqis .. love to all

I didn't know that the yellow kuba was an iraqi jewish dish we cook it all the time :)
Oh please, enough of this ethnic tribalism. Food doesn't have religious boundaries. People who are of Iraqi descent today can all link their ancestry back to different peoples, and just because the majority converted to Islam doesn't mean there was ever anything like a pure ethnic Jewish cuisine. Everyone borrowed from everyone. It's really annoying when ethnic nationalists and supremacists use facts incorrectly.

@evankristos There are differences. I went to Arab Fest in a large American city where an Egyptian man was selling stuffed grape leaves. I asked what was in them, he said "Rice" like I should know. I said, "My parents always use rice and ground beef." He said, "No one from Egypt uses beef! Everyone uses only rice!" My whole expended Jewish family from Egypt uses beef and they were kicked out of the country in the 1960s for being Jewish. The Arabs don't talk to Jews and they don't care to.
