Joel 2:28 (KJV)

The key that is discovered is the phrase...I shall pour MY SPIRIT...I hope that helped. Be blessed.

Correct that is how Christ dwells in us. Let us forsake the sins that so easily beset of and put on the new man. I say but its hard to do especially in this perilous world. Let us pray and stand strong in this day and hour. It could have been hard for the disciples to imagine this state of our planet but Christ revealed it all to us through his Holy Spirit. Christ be with you.

Not that that means that those commandments weren't good advice and that you should start braking them. Check out Romans 6:14-16 14 For sin must not be master over YOU, seeing that YOU are not under law but under undeserved kindness.

15 What follows? Shall we commit a sin because we are not under law but under undeserved kindness? Never may that happen! 16 Do YOU not know that if YOU keep presenting yourselves to anyone as slaves to obey him, YOU are slaves of him because YOU obey him, ...

I'd like to remind everyone that Jesus' sacrifice ended the Law of the commandments between God and Israel and thus ended the Sabbath req. (Romans 10:2-4):

For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God; but not according to accurate knowledge; 3 for, because of not knowing the righteousness of God but seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the Law, so that everyone exercising faith may have righteousness.
