Lease the property with an option to buy then sublease lease it to someone else for a profit.
or put and/or assignee on it.
or have in the contract that you have 45 to 60 days for closing then get someone else to buy it the very same day you close
have the perosn put the property in a land trust then sell the trust to someone else

@altha2008 ...didn't know you can find out email addresses on YOUTUBE. Amazing!
By the way, check your spelling there hotshot and no--you do not need to just amass your "name" to the "clause" to lease option your property to a tenant/buyer. You really DO need to buy Todd's course lol. It is OBVIOUS you are going to either end up in a real estate attorneys rolodex for "sham" or worse yet..mess up some poor seller's long term financial goals.
Good luck there hotshot..ya need it!

@blknindyNY you and Tood has the same internet provider address, it is bad when oyu have to have an allias to stand up for you. It is like having an invisable friend around when you need them.
all you foks have to do is to put your name and or assingee on a real estate contract, then have a 15 day escpae clause in it that will give you time to sell it

Unfortunately, there is some misinformation out there regarding assigning of contracts.
Selling real estate without a license is illegal.
However, we are selling a contract which is perfectly legal in all 50 states. Assigning contracts is perfectly legitimate, ethical, and profitable. We do it everyday. As a matter of fact, our contracts were written by a Florida attorney with input from many other attorneys across the country. If you have any questions, feel free to call me (619) 464-2232.
