This is in the sheet music book "Zez Confrey Ragtime, Novelty & Jazz Piano Solos" or "The Exciting Era of Zez Confrey: Piano Solos". You can find them in Amazon@com, (although I do not have the latter book). Go to Amazon and search it with the following ISBN code 0-910957-03-7, or ASIN code B000NIEUB4. However, both are expensive.
