I went exploring in that building in 1998. I was too stupid to know I probably shouldn't have gone by myself. I went up and up the stairs, and I made it up to some medical offices. It was eerie..The chairs the dentists used back in the day, were really works of art, the sinks and toilets were jewel like, and much much smaller that today's stuff. I really like that triangle shaped glass roof in the middle.

How do you know that? Do you live there? 'Cause I do and there is a very clear difference between now and a few years ago, and it's changed for the better. The auto industry is the only reason that Detroit is getting a bad rap. I know that you'll probably bring up crime, but actually Detroit is not all that dangerous. Sure, it has some scary parts but all big cities do.

Yea they're finally renovating these buildings. Prime office space. Detroit's Downtown is making a nice return.
