The Delta Wolf Recumbent Trike

The Delta Wolf recumbent trike built using plans downloaded from AtomicZombie.com. I built this Trike in about 4 months of spare evenings in my shop with a welder. This was my first time welding anything. The Trike so far has 175 miles on it, and only some minor upgrades are planed for this Trike. This video demonstrates lifting one wheel up off the ground and how easy it is, without tipping over. I've yet to tip the trike all the way over...

I was thinking about making the Delta Wolf. It looks like your knees come close to the steering bar. Do they ever touch?

I built it so the steering columb bends forward to make it easy to get on and off the trike. Also I made it high enough to where my knees don't hit. I am going to rework the trike and do the underseat steering though after I build my next trike, I think the underseat steering is going to be a big improvement on the Delta Wolf, there are instructions on the site how to do that. I have to say the Delta wolf was a super fun project and a good first Trike to build.
