Gravad Lax is a kind of Sushi as its Raw salmon stuck with a kind of marinade. Its awesome with mustardsause and potatoes!

Hjortron sylt is delicious with Vanilia icecream. Just need to heat up the hjortron sylt abit first. Dont let it Boil thou!

Try Knäckebröd + Kalles +boiled egg that you slice.. and a glass of ice cold milk! And, if you visit sweden, try fil, its like sour milk but i love it! :D Just dont mix Kalles with the sour milk, that will taste disgusting! :)
