i hav never seen this type of folklore dancing b4...its interesting. mine is more...traditional? idk my group s bad tho compared to teh older profecionals...

Yes needs a lot of energy!!This is the main!And shoppi are people which have a lot of energy and power!And they have healthy and strong roots.

The shoppi (wich are the people from Sofia region)has uniqe folklore traditions in singig and dansig. Theit dances are fast, rythmic and very hard for making - needs a lot of energy =)
