  • @VGMasterFreak Hey little geek youll need more than words on youtube to change the music world

  • i was there!! amazingggg <3

  • I was there too

  • i was at this gig was totally awsome

  • even if he looks a little old i this concert, hes still the godfather wherever he is...what a legend...perfect singing, dancing and composing...RIP

  • I so can't describe James Brown. He's finally at peace in Heaven now but he's still amazing!!!!

  • saw him at the hollywood bowl two months before he passed. SO glad i went. he was the greatest.

  • I saw him in 2005 and it was quite possibly the greatest concert I've ever been to.

In his last few years it really did depend on the day you saw him.

Sometimes he'd dance like a man half his age, sometimes he could barely move.

Sometimes he'd sing amazingly well, sometimes he would wheeze his way through the entire show.

I saw him four times between 2004 and 2006 and sometimes he was amazing, others, not so good.

The magic was there, but it came in flashes.

  • na the magic was always there..he would give you a portion of his energy and soul.like danny ray sed ' you wont see it all but you'll get a portion of it'...When he was on jonathan ross in 2005 he said about his dancing i only do a little but for that little bit its worth it..He would always give a show that was captivating because of his band and himself..but some concerts he gave more than others obviously..remember he could well have been 76 in 2004 and not 71 because he may of been born 1928
