On October 30, 2008, at the age of 12, Jameson was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic B-cel Leukemia. He passed away on October 21, 2009. His father wrote this poem shortly after.

I don't get it.. :S in the description it says he passed away on october 21, 2009 but on his grave in the vid it says august 3 :S and it also says in the description that he was diagnosed at age 12 but on his grave in the vid it says he was born 2000 and died 2009, witch says he was only 9 years old... hmmm ..:S

@wedinos The only picture from Jameson's site is the very last one showing him with his dog. The grave you see is not his, but another child's that also passed away from Cancer. So the information you see in the descripition is that of Jameson Casteel, but the info on the grave is that of Jackson Parker Schneider.
