This spellbinding story of courage, treachery, hope and imagination is cherished by generations and is a perfect Christmas treat for all the family.
Join our four young, heroic adventurers as they tumble through a wardrobe into a world frozen in a hundred year winter; the magnificent mysterious land of deep magic... Narnia.
The lovable Mr. Tumnus and his fantastical friends will join forces to battle with bravery and honour against the White Witch, under the watchful eye of Aslan, the majestic King of the woods.
With battles against good and evil and an abundance of mythical creatures-dwarves, giants, beavers, unicorns, naiads and dryads-there will be plenty of musicality and adventure to let your imagination take you to Narnia this Christmas.
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe has been lovingly adapted for the stage by Adrian Mitchell and faithfully recreated by the award-winning Chichester Festival Youth Theatre (CFYT), under the consummate direction of Dale Rooks. CFYT has produced enthralling Christmas productions for the past nine years; this production features original music by Shaun Davey, enchanting puppetry by Toby Olié and beautifully designed costumes by Amy Jackson.

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Festival Theatre 17 - 31 December 2011
I saw this on Christmas Eve, and it was one of my favourite musicals that i've seen as Christmas tradition at the Chichester Festival Theatre. It was extremely engaging, especially with the inclusion of the stylised and imaginative props/costumes/make-up! The music was also amazing and memorable; i just wish i knew where to obtain the/a soundtrack.
