It's such a simple concept, and so obvious, I wonder why it has taken this long for the internet to be used as such a great tool? I'd like to be able to track someone's progress that I loan money to, but I'd prefer to refuse their re-payment, and instead ask them to re-invest it to grow their business more, which would allow them to either employ others or actually make a loan to someone else. I like giving without expecting payback.
