I use Virtual Audio Cable to stream my PC audio from my PC. You could also do that using a mixer and choosing you mic input in Procaster to you PC's speaker.

I'm assuming this was recorded and uploaded to Youtube from Procaster? It isn't just live streaming?

@tamaraginri It was a Camtasia screen capture of what I was doing live. I'm primarily a user now of Vidblaster. I use the Home version... not free but does so much more. You might also consider Ustream's new "Producer" app. They have a free version that works quite well.

This may be a little late, but my friend is having a problem with Procaster and Skype. He wants to record World of Warcraft while on a Skype call. He has Windows XP. The problem is, on my Windows Vista, I record and I can he can hear me and himself on the actual stream. When he checked my settings, we both have the exact same settings, but his audio doesn't receive skype. Only him.
