Alright, so this is how it was done. They slowed down the speed but then pitch shifted his voice up back into normal range. Anyone with the right software can do it. Oh wait....no.....he was defintately wasted

It isn't socialism to be scared of, it's Communism. Communism means no freedom of speech, no rights to own property, laws that do not make any sense, having to do exactly what the government tells you, and no rights to protest or challenge anything.
