This year Shape celebrates 30 years of pioneering the active involvement of deaf and disabled people in all aspects of the arts and creative industries.

We have a long history of working with artists, cultural venues and arts organisations by providing training, events and resources.

We are a disability led organisation with deaf and disabled staff and deaf and disabled people on our Board and our advisory committees.
