when on a cutting-phase diet (progressively lowering carbs over 2 months), should my fat and protein intake be higher as the carbs go lower? also, ive currently been doin rly low fat and moderate carb, med-high protein, am i on the right track? - any advice is appreciated, thx.

only 3000 calories for 6'2 and 230 somthing pounds?!? im 6'1 150 pounds and im getting like 3500. and im getting like 100G of fat and like 4000G of carbs i swear lol. and 2000G of protein....not actually but i get a shit tone of carbs and fat (and probably 150G of protein) and im doin alright. making some gains. i am 17 though

Listen up, while polyunsaturated fats have been shown to be healthy and protective against cardiac arrhythmias, other studies have shown unsaturated fats like those found in nuts, avocado and some vegatable oils, especially olive oil do increase the risk of coronary atherosclerosis leading to sudden heart attack due to plaque formation blocking off arteries. If you eat a lot of these things, take vitamin E which is protective.
