What I like to do is always have half of my meal consist of organic food.
I'm not a believer in little mini meals during the day, it just never works for me. So I have three 'big' meals during the day (sometimes I skip dinner though)
I'm starting soccer again (YAY!) so, that's two sessions of intense workout, plus an intense run in the morning, (everyday) and a light jog at night (some days). Works well for me!

this video is awesome. such seemingly common sense advice, but it's all so true and people try all these crazy diets when really it's all about moderation and finding a balance. really great advice, thanks! :)

You're so gorgeous and I loved this video. :) It was really, really motivating to hear what your routine and all that is. But my favorite part was that it was all realistic and something that just about anyone could stick to and feel really good about. I've never been too into strength training, mainly just cardio like you were talking about. But.. I might try to do more of it this year! :)

hahaha when you said "make baby steps" i thought you were saying "another one of my tips is just make babies"

One thing I have read a lot of places is you should always leave a little of something on your plate when you're done eating b/c it's not the last time you're ever going to eat that food.

I also eat super slow! I think that's really important. Not only does it take 20 minutes before you feel full, it's also a good way to slow down and enjoy the food you're eating and making the most of your meal. :)

I totally understand what you were saying about getting anxiety about walking/running alone. I know where I live it seems like there are a few women a year who get attacked while on runs etc. alone. It may seem a little paranoid but its better safe than sorry
