1989 BMW 325i 0-60 test

*We are not professional drivers, the iPhone Dyno App may or may not be a completely reliable source, some of the cars in our tests do not have completely stock engines. Knowing these three variables, our 0-60 times may not be the actual times of the car.*

Thanks for watching

  • @stankorn16 They're not faggots... but your a retard. Why the hell would you double clutch on an upshift? This was an acceleration video, not deceleration.

  • Lol best way to do your 0-60 time is to TIME it. Just get a stop watch (or the iPhone) and as soon as you let off start the timer. Once your at 60 stop it and read the time. Do it 3-5 times and you have a very reliable answer to your 0-60 time.

Iv done this a lot of times in my S70.. I have a iPhone as well. My opinion on the app is it sucks and is inaccurate

Anyways, Looks to me like your running a S50 in the car? or is it a S52? I have a 86 325 as well.

  • Handling doesnt suck when you have full bilstien coilovers and fat sway bars.

  • got to 60 pretty quick , he shifted pretty good too, i just raced a guy with my vtec honda and beat him a few times but his was an 88 and inline 6 he yelled, 168hp and 181 of torque at 3850 rpms. and yeah it was stick im pretty sure

  • @kingktiger The handling isnt that bad for an 80's car. I had a 1991 325 and never really had an issue with the handling. It was a beater though. My temp and fuel didnt work unless I gave the dash a punch and it came back to life. But I'd have to do that every time I turned the car one.

  • I have this car and I have the same problem. Engine temp is broken and fuel guage is broken. Anyone know why the handling sucks on this car? What do you think its a mechanical problem?

  • @1991ncw So a full engine and cold tank of gas??? ;)

  • Haha this is my old car. And just FYI that's as high the temp goes and the fuel gauge is broken and always says "Full." Car has schrick 288* cam now. 21lb injectors going in soon!

  • Ful tank of gas and a cold engine. it could do better vise versa

  • try double clutching faggots if you know how haha
