  • Dude! Same with me! At first I ate dates and nuts all the time. Now, rarely. I used to make crazy recipies making cakes and loafs and whatnot, but now? I just eat the fruit as is. I used to make two juices per day, now I make one per week. I find it its overkill. Dates and nuts and fruit juice are just very powerful food items and arent required every day. But when you are starting out, your body is still used to an overkill diet, so you do that, but eventually stop.

Gutes Video, das sind dieselben Dinge, die ich auch kaum oder gar nicht esse, allerdings weniger aus dem Lernprozess heraus wie Ihr (was für mich vielleicht besser gewesen wäre), sondern weil ich vorgestanzten Regeln gefolgt bin. na ja, das Ergebnis ist das Gleiche im Endeffekt :)
