You know nothing of lore if you say we are retards for not believing on the impossible. Herod would stand a chance versus Sylvanas alone, besides, the Monastery is guarded by around 10 thousand guards, just that we can see a few NPC's. Sylvanas would NEVER go there alone, she wouldn't even get close before the archers would shoot her down.
