What's overrated is the need for a final speech. Kefka obviouly had to have one because he was so vocal throughout the entire game. Sephiroth did not need one because his words were spoken through his actions. The smirk on his face as he pulled his Masamune out of Aerith's fading body spoke more words than many FF villains combined. By the time the final battle comes around, he had commited so many moral crimes against the party and the planet, there really wasn't much left to be said.

@ulibarriL Meh. Kefka did more evil/moral crimes than Sephiroth anyway.Seph only killed one useless chick and a corrupt evil president. The burning of Nibelheim is about equivalent to the poisoing of Doma, only one of many of Kefka's deeds.

@SC0R3B00T Actually no, I love Sephiroth, he's badass and really cool, cooler than Kefka. But I think Kefka is more fun and I DID dislike Seph's lack of a final speech.
