  • Get you a Thermoworks thermometer .....they take a temp in about 3 seconds and its 99% accurate . Great vid bro ....

  • i have similar barbeque. i think you need to knock out football size cutout between the grill and smoker. you smoke is not getting over to grilling side the vent is to small.smoke should be flowing from smoker out the top pipe.not just staying in smoke box.
