Fucking idiot! the reason that macs are not good for gaming because they are extremely over priced. Let's say you payed $1,700 for a macbook pro, for the same price you could get a laptop from say hp with better specs.

Your computer is of 2011 and is you think that is bullshit when people say 'macs aren't good for gaming' think again, NFSMW is of 2005 and it's lagging and you don't have the highest settings when it does lag, CoD4MW is lagging too and you don't have the highest settings either. Also you didn't even got to the most stressful parts of the game like mass collisions and explosions. So you know shit about computers and you and your mac are a joke.

You need to adjust the settings more on your games... if you do it right you can get ~45 FPS with that MBP on pretty high settings...
