Fusion Flair 2008, Ontario Premier Dalton McGinty, Metropolitan Hotels

On October 27, 2008 Metropolitan Hotels co-sponsored and produced an event in honour of Premier of Ontario Dalton McGinty and his 2008 Environmental Mission's visit to Shanghai.

The historically significant event marked the first time a Canadian political leader has been hosted in China by Chinese Canadians.

FUSION FLAIR was a rare opportunity to experience fusion style with a unique Ontario point-of-view. The heart of the event was a sublime feast with a menu by world-renowned fusion cuisine master Chef Patrick Lin of Metropolitan Hotels. Some of Ontario's finest wines and spirits accompanied dinner. The evening also showcased timeless fashion as interpreted by the celebrated designers of Blanc de Chine, along with accessories and precious jewellery from Masterpiece by King Fook.
