Rep of Ireland V Australia in Thomond Park Limerick, August 2009. This is Australia`s third goal. Check it out. Stunning strike by Australia`s Carney. Wide open in the middle of the park - Ireland again a bit lazy - he winds up and finds the top corner with a cracker of a shot.
He is between 35 and 40 yards out and just to the right of the goal and finds the top left corner with a superb hit. Australia went on to win 3 nil.
Trap can only smile on the sideline - better to have it happen in a friendly............

Yep, your certainly right, Irish supporters did show lots of respect to the Aussies, good on them for that, clapping for an Australian goal, they are fantastic, go Australia and good luck Ireland :)
