I saw the cut, I know you fell after #4!!
You should cut after the exercise and let your breath catch up, it'll make it a touch more professional.

I am breathing heavy because I actually workout in my videos - people breath heavily and sweat if they are really working out. This is not for show.

Try doing it on a stability ball if it is too easy...if it is too hard, try doing it with a chair to spot you when u go low....good luck guys
