AntiGravity® heats up 6 Brazilian cities in Summer Brazil Tour
Like a match made in heaven, AntiGravity®, the New York acrobatics troupe known for its high flying performances, comes to the land of Carnaval and samba schools.
This summer, the troupe will present a high-intensity show, years in the making. AntiGravity will tour Brazil, ending its 6-city tour in Sao Paulo.
In keeping with Brazil's inherent love for dance and acrobatics, the AntiGravity Team sees no better place to take its unique brand of theatrical extravaganza. Its style of urban dance fused with extreme sports is a natural fit in a place where cultural tradition bursts with exotic rhythms
and passionate drumbeating.
As part of a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration between AntiGravity, and the prestigious Musika Produções Artísticas e Culturais, Brazils leading music agency founded in 2003, feature performances will play in Sao Paolo and Rio de Janeiro, with exciting engagements in Belo Horizonte, Brasilia, Salvador and Recife.
Though the troupe has typically collaborated with New York artists, like designer Marc Jacobs and rapper Sean Diddy Combs, Brazil is pumped for a taste of AntiGravitys Tony-award-winning spectacle of physique, flight and technology.
True to its cultural mission of introducing and touring the highest artistic experiences in Brazil, Musika is very excited about the forthcoming tour of AntiGravity®, said Musika producing partner Pierre-André Kranz.
