Chigusa Yamaguchi was really upset over not being paid enough for making iLove episodes. That is why she was kicking things around at the end of Part 8. Which is probably why Part 9 was never made.

Ikenai has two meanings - one is can't go (from the verb iku) and the other is wrong/bad (the same meaning as "dame")
