Here goes: Your government will not protect you. Your government cannot protect you over time for political reasons. If you want to be protected, you are going to have to do it yourselves. The Muslims have organized themselves into a coalition geared towards hurting you. You will have to organize to protect yourselves. That means talking to your neighbors. That might even mean sharing money with them for the common good.

If you are shouting "Paki scum, off our streets!", well, that might tend to polarize the audience, don't you think? As in, limit it's appeal politically? I can see how you can justify that as not being racist, but that's not how it sounds. Not even a little. Nationalistic? All the people you don't like are from Pakistan? Find a more concrete (as in causing you harm) issue to protest about.
Otherwise, if you actually do want a race war; now is the time to do it, because you are losing.
