A simple synth + sequencer I made.

Uses CMOS logic to generate square waves, then puts them through an analog low pass/high pass/band pass filter.

  • Alot of folks don't realize how important a filter is to a synthesizer's character....just saying. In an analog context (unless it's based on a predecessor) every filter is unique.

  • SUPER COOL!

  • Video description link for schematic is dead... would love to see the schematic.

  • pretty sick dude!

  • dude I love your design, but your site is down, any chance you can mail me the schematics ?

  • ah... the plague of the anxious...just throw that thing together and get the fu@kin' ball rollin', afterall, the evolution of the mind into humankind is just what it thought it needed to do.

  • clap clap clap

  • needs more resonance

  • @metabog by the time you build a case and make stable musical oscillators with a keybed, you've actually spent a lot of time and money. if your not a keyboard player than I guess this type of thing is enough to accomplish your goals.

  • crap, you need a case for your synth.

    That's sick.
