It's been six months since I started pole dancing and so I decided to do my victory dance on spin-mode!

@starhanpc Thanks! The very first time I tried spin mode lasted about ten seconds, lmao. I tried doing something resembling a fireman and spun mercilessly out of control! (Btw, this clip is in my video "Yummy Down on This" from my first three weeks) It still looked pretty good, but I WAS SCARED TO DEATH! If you give it a try please remember to keep those shoulders back and down, GRIP, try to keep your eyes on the pole so you don't get dizzy, and work with the momentum NOT against it. ♥ =D

@kristencollins55 Haha! Thanks, I wanted to do the advanced plank but it's so awkward even on static. I hate how in the advanced plank I'm always kind of on a diagonal, I like to keep my body in a nice straight line. It cracked me up when you said "epic" because that word always reminds me of Stewie from Family Guy. Next time I break a sweat trying to perfect my advanced plank I'll have to try really hard to not lmao because I'll be thinking "Tell me that's not EPIC!". lol
