Simple Jet model Part 2. This tutorial may be found at 3dbuzz but i wanted to do it my own way because the other one is kinda boring and hard to follow so this is my attempt to make it user friendly.

    please

  • I am really trying to learn houdini, but i really dont like the modeling part. It seems crazy tat you cant get the tail perfect. even in their video (3Dbuz), its a little bit off. I wish that you could fuse vertcies a little better. I feel bad when i have to add an additional 3-4 fise nodes. It feels like im doing to much, or taking the long road. I think if i will have to import geometry into Houdini, it will definetly be modeled in modo. I am very interested in the procedural modeling tho...

  • Good stuff. Well received considering most of the other tutorials are pay to view. Well Done and good luck

  • I second the request for more Houdini tutorials, they're great, kudos.

  • hi ehm i have a question for the ~4:06 minute ...

there you set the fuse distance in a menu ... how you get into the menu? and how you move the jet in the window like the nodes in the geometry menu?

P.S. sorry for my bad english... i am german

    P.P.S great tutorial

  • Please give us more Houdini stuff. I am loving it.

    Thanks!
