Tried the demo but got bored real quick. Combat is tedious, especially at night, with little variety. The dungeons give a sense that they are made so that you waste a lot of time in them but not much goes on. Generic storyline that does not make up for the decent graphics. Too many predictable interactions just leave you wishing you were playing Ultima or Mines of Morgoth instead.
Well then, even though Basilisk Games didn't make a complete game (at least that's what it sounds like), this serves as an excellent demonstration of the power of the BlitzMax engine. A large part of it is how you use the tools, eh?
I've never played it but to me just watching the game... i dunno it looks questionable i have nothing to say about the storyline/game quality in its self but through what the game looks like (graphic's wise) it doesnt look too interesting to me but what Evildeadlies said is completely correct it doesnt matter if the graphics are good or not... i personally would not pay 20$ for this. Atleast for what ive seen.
