Thanks for all the info. That tunnel I asked about was just north of the Post-Dispatch, and I hope it's still there...or accessible when I pass back through in the fall. Where is Cherokee Cave and is it easily accessible or is it a tourist attraction now?

I've been checking out alot of decayed areas in Detroit, St. Louis, and Kansas City and wish more people would post this kind of footage. I only have photos. Do you know anything about that abandoned rail tunnel near Cass Ave. and 13th just north of downtown?

The Fossil Aerosol Mining Project shot a number of locations in StL during the late 1980s. The Globe is a more recent project. However, I do recall a rail tunnel beneath 12th St, near the Post-Dispatch building. We also recorded the length of the old tunnel that was ultimately retrofitted for the Metrolink line. Additionally, there are about 2 hrs of footage from Cherokee Cave, as well as a subterranean environment just east of Union Station. Things have changed considerably at these places.
