Well this is all over and done with ...... all that he had to go through all his pain and suffering and now the settlement is over with I thought that once it was done it would be easier guess I was wrong .... just so you would know what people paid in bills and what they paid to take care of damages were not covered !!! I didn't even get back 1/3 of what I spent but I dont' even care about the money I would just want him back if I could ... I am sorry to all those that finally got the *continue

so did u find out what was in the food that was killing them, was it a chemical they were adding or did some sick asshole put poison in the batch?

The makers of the wheat filler added melamine to it to up the count in it .... imported from China... the man who ok'ed it there was charged with product tampering and was found guilty... Menu foods plead guilty and it is now in appeals court but a settlement was reached *not that I want the money I more then likely won't even cash the cheque* the first part of the appeal has been settled all that is left is the second appeals. The company's *like WalMart* were not held liable no charges :(

So sorry about your pet. I have two cats of my own and hope the food they're eating is safe. I eat organic food and hope you do too as we all know many of the foods out there are unsafe.

Thank you for your thoughts. Just you watching this it has helped even if one person sees this and sees what lax laws we have for our pets and now recently in our news about listeria from our own food manufactures it makes you think how many people have died unnoticed and uncared for. It is not just our animals anymore it is becoming our family and friends. It is time for the gov. to step in and protect the society that they are suppose to be taking care of.
