i tried this but it's not completely same. i used a zipper bag,a carton of milk,salt,a bathing towel and some ice cubes.
1.put a layer of ice cubes and lot of salt.
2.put the carton of milk.
3.repeat the first step.
4.put it on the towel.
5.roll it in the towel.
6.find a partner and hold each end.
7.spin it around for 30 min.
8.open the zipper bag and take out the carton of milk.
9.ENJOY!
