Hah, The bit at the end reminded me of the game Hidden:source.
I suspect that, if it isn't new thing. the thing that attacked was probably a controller or a Burer. A bloodsucker might have worked,but they aren't completely invisible and they wouldn't waste all that blood. Not to mention the lack of visible wounds. A controller could make their heads explode I guess(thus the nice blood patterns), but only a Burer would be able to pin someone to the wall like that.
Or maybe Im thinking to much :P
