I lov ur arms! :D Jenny, for what I read, I dont think that artificial sweeteners are healthy at all.. perhaps the lower calorie content is atractive, but they have other bad repercussions in health.
I think that it would be cool to have a recipe a little bit more natural.

hey jennifer! i love your videos, they are amazing! I am also starting to make health and fitness videos here on youtube, also on my weight loss journey. I have two questions for you, the first one is if i am trying to lose fat and tone up, is it good for me to be drinking a post workout protein shake? And also, what are you opinions on 1MR (one more rep) im not sure if you have heard of it, but it is an energy supplement, it makes me workout soo much better but im nervous that its bad for you

@robynrheaa Glad you like the videos! I've never heard of one more rep. As far as drinking shakes go, they are a great way to get protein right to your system after an intense workout. That allows your body to recover and rebuild : )

It depends - what age? Also, there should be no need because kids should be getting enough nutrients through natural foods like meat, dairy, fruit. veg, and carbs.
