【材料】:鮮蚵6兩、蛋5個、小白菜半斤、綠豆芽4兩、韭菜末1/2杯、細地瓜粉1杯、豬油適量、水2杯
【做法】:
1、先把小白菜切段,韭菜切末後備用。
2、把半杯的地瓜粉和一杯水調勻後,再把韭菜放入,即完成粉漿的部份。
3、平底鍋加熱放入豬油,再把蚵仔放入接著倒入粉漿,打上一顆蛋,放上小白菜等粉漿煎至透明狀時,即可起鍋呈盤完成「蚵仔煎」。
