If there were only one sex, then mitochondria in each reproductive cell would start out on equal footing. They would need to fight it out every time. With a two-sex system, one sex can always unilaterally disarm, surrendering its mitochondria for the sake of easier relations between the sexes.

@SirGriefALot Its a design and a program. without the programming there can be no system. each part of the cells etc are running on a program written on DNA, and its only acting upon it. what is NOT written on DNA IS NEVER GOING TO be run. do you understand programming or no? y = f(x) . THere cannot be an outcome Y like a system in this case without a function created for that outcome. this is law of the universe. created by God. and He made us in HIS image to be his sons, yet u don't even know.

That writer my friend is Jesus who said in the Bible He created the world with words. the core program with language. I think someones been watching a bit too much of the matrix loool..... I don't think its right to say were wrong for not believing in God. I've been baptised Catholic just because of my nonna... I'm italian, but I don't believe in God, 'cause my parents havn't brought me up to be religious. I've been brought up to respect everyone's religious beliefs, but also to be a freethinker. I don't think you need to believe in God to be happy or pray to get what you want....
